We also run a program for owners of houses that need more work than they can put into them: a cash offer if you need out, or we fund the renovation and split what it adds if you'd rather keep the upside. Same crews, same standards, either way.
Our foundation is rooted in engineering. What started as a career in engineering evolved into a deep passion for real estate and home building.

Hunter Owings
Hunter holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics, along with a master's in STEM Business. He spent his early career at Lockheed Martin and Peterbilt Motors Company before moving into construction and real estate.
That background shapes how the company works: analytical precision paired with a genuine passion for creating high-quality homes, through thoughtful design and attention to detail.
