Layout and structure
Moving or removing a wall means knowing what it carries. That assessment happens before demolition, not during it.
Cabinetry and counters
Stock, semi-custom, or built for the room. Templated after the boxes are set so the counter fits the kitchen you actually have.
Plumbing, electrical, and ventilation
Relocated supply and drain lines, circuits sized for what you're plugging in, and a hood that vents outside rather than back at you.
Permits and inspections
Pulled in our name and scheduled around the work, so an inspector isn't the reason your kitchen sits untouched for a week.

people ask.
- Can we stay in the house during the work?
- Usually yes, and most people do. You'll be without a kitchen for the bulk of it, so we'll talk through a temporary setup — a sink, a fridge, and a microwave somewhere else in the house — before the first cabinet comes out.
- Do you work from a designer's drawings?
- Either way. If you have a designer, we build to their plan and flag anything that fights the structure or the mechanicals. If you don't, we can lay the room out with you.
- What usually drives the cost?
- Cabinetry, followed by whatever the layout change asks of the plumbing and electrical. Moving a sink across the room costs more than the sink. The estimate tool on the contact page breaks this out line by line.
